Gammaflo WGM
An adjustable and transportable membrane filtration system (PI:2021000032) which is modular, decentralised and requires only simple set-up at a filtration site.
Gammaflo WGM is equipped with hollow fibre submerge membrane applying the concept of separation barrier and no chemical is required for the removal of suspended solids and bacteria from wastewater to achieve BOD3 < 20.

AeroFlo CMAS (Complete Mix Activated Sludge)
AeroFlo CMAS is a biological treatment system to treat partially treated wastewater before further treatment. This system is equipped with air blower and submersible aerator to ensure sufficient air supply, well mixing and consistent DO (Dissolved Oxygen) level for microbial metabolism and oxidation of organic matters.

Palm Oil Mill Sludge Management
Geotube
A chemical-free sludge management using an environmentally safe polymers bag for sludge collection. Solids are captured, clear filtrate can be collected and recirculated through the system. Solids then remain in the bag and continue to dried up. Once full, bags can be deposited according to the sludge disposal regulation.
Multidisc Screw Press
A sludge dewatering solution that is simple, non-clogging, and low energy usage in producing low water content sludge. BESB offers different capacity of multidisc screw press, depending on the mill’s capacity.
